I just uploaded a new video to the Rhinoplasty Video section that shows an intra-operative video of a crooked nose rhinoplasty. In it I use a clocking suture technique to reposition off-centered middle and lower nasal third cartilages. Check out the Crooked Nose Rhinoplasty video here.

This schematic shows how a crooked nose can have straight nasal bones but severely off-center upper lateral cartilages and lower lateral cartilages:

Once the sutures are tied down the clocking suture orientation allows us to pull the crooked nasal cartilages toward the midline:
