I just uploaded a new SurgeonCam video to the site. It shows a portion of an open septo-rhinoplasty procedure in which one of the goals was to treat the patient's bulbous nasal tip. In part 1 of the case study I showed the first step I took to improve the appearance of the patient's tip in which I performed a cephalic trim of the lower lateral cartilages.

In part 2 of the series I go on to show the next step in this patient's customized surgical plan in which I placed dome binding sutures to refine the tip further. Check out the dome binding suture video here.
