Wide Bridge With Bump and Tip Deprojection Rhinoplasty

This patient came to Dr. Lamperti looking to create a smoother bridge and reduce the overall size of her nose. In the before photos note the wide nasal bones, bridge bump and over-projected nasal tip. To address these issues Dr. Lamperti performed an open septorhinoplasty in which he smoothed the bridge hump and narrowed the wide bones. He also placed spreader grafts that better supported the middle third of the nose and allowed for a smoother transition from the nasal bones down to the nasal tip. Dr. Lamperti also deprojected the tip. In the 1.5 year after photos see how the patient has a natural, smoother appearing bridge on profile view and on front view has a more graceful brow-tip aesthetic line.
